ARCHITECT

Job description

Execute and oversee design with the Design Consultancy unit.
Collaborate with the design departments (Architecture, Structure, Infrastructure, etc.) for design-related tasks.
Work with government agencies to facilitate the design process.
Collaborate with the Tender department to address price-related issues.
Discuss and propose cost-effective design solutions for projects.
Coordinate with the construction site to resolve design-related issues during the construction process.
Propose improvements to enhance the quality of design documents, save time, and reduce costs.
Recommend additional personnel to ensure project deadlines are met.
Carry out and report on tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Fulfill other tasks as required and directed by the Department Head.

Experience / Skills

Hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Possess in-depth expertise in architectural and construction disciplines, including current standards and regulations in design and construction.
Proficient in using specialized software.
Diligent, attentive, and responsible in executing tasks promptly.
