Accelerating Construction of Key Zones

At ADV-14 zone, the concrete casting for Level 3 and Level 4 slabs has been completed, and construction of Level 5 is currently underway, marking an important milestone as the project officially enters the superstructure phase.

At the same time:

• ADV-25 zone has completed foundation and Level 2 slab works
• ADV-21 and ADV-23 zones are accelerating foundation works, preparing for the next construction phases

All construction fronts are being organized scientifically and executed in close alignment with the overall project schedule.

Sora Bay Ha Long consists of 130 shophouses located in Hung Thang Ward and is envisioned to become a vibrant commercial urban area, contributing to the modern and dynamic coastal urban landscape of Ha Long City.
